Shining Stars of Modernism: American and Taiwan Literature

群星閃耀BN

Modernism, following the rise of urban civilization, is a confluence of thought, art, and literature that has spread widely. This exhibition introduces works by American authors such as Fitzgerald, Faulkner, and Hemingway, who are well-known to Taiwanese readers. It will also display publications, audiovisual materials, and manuscripts from authors in both the US and Taiwan. Through a variety of formats and international exhibits, the experimental and tradition-subverting literature of modernism will be presented to the Taiwanese audience.
